The AMET Awards 2025, a high-profile event honoring the accomplishments of Brazilian women entrepreneurs in Canada, took place on March 29 at the Mississauga Civic Centre.
Coinciding with International Women’s Day celebrations, the ceremony recognized women who are driving change and making meaningful contributions across a range of industries. From business and tech to arts and community leadership, the honourees embodied resilience, innovation, and determination.
The initiative is led by Flavia da Silva, CEO of the AMET Awards, who launched the platform to spotlight the achievements of Brazilian-Canadian women and inspire the next generation of leaders.
